I bought my first cavalier,  a beautiful Ruby Bitch puppy I named Phoebe from Margaret Kirkham (Moonstone) in 1996.

Phoebe was the dog of my life. Loyal, sensible , ladylike to the last hour of her life.   When she passed away I shook with fear not knowing how I cope without her as she was my rock, my adored friend. When she was two I bred from her because I wanted to replicate all her qualities. And thus began 12 years of breeding the most  endearing little dogs in the world.
My only regret being that I started on that path a bit late. I only show occasionally.  I wish I could have taken the Show Scene more seriously but I have so many other hobbies, including travelling, reading  (Military History) . I am also a published writer of comic and
curious verse, and short stories , Being a  Grandmother for eight years has been
another commitment. Fortunately my grandchildren love my dogs.

I live in Warminster which is a rural , garrison town flanked by Battlesbury And Scratchbury Hills., nineteen miles equi-distant to Salisbury and Bath. I live on the edge of the Longleat Estate  which nestles in stunning countryside . The sunsets over the pinewoods are fantastic.

I have met and made friends with some lovely CKCS Owners and Breeders .
So life is good. Long may it continue to be so.
